The Journey

Spymaker escape rooms is a locally owned family business started by Shane and his wife Tracy. When we opened Spymaker escape rooms we took our passion of doing escape rooms and our combined life skills and followed our dreams of opening our own business.  When we started to plan out our escape room business, we took all of our escape room experience, in addition to a lot of research, to bring our guests a truly unique experience. However, it does not stop there.  It is extremely important that we continue to grow with each room we design, including keeping up with any changes, to make your experience just a little better each time you visit us.  All of us at Spymaker escape rooms work hard every day to improve our guest’s experience.

Our first day open was December 3, 2017 with our famous Escape the 80’s room.  A short month after, we added our second room, The Alchemist, and soon thereafter, Dead Man’s Hand opened. The plan is to have all 6 of our rooms completed by the first few months in 2019. The journey did not start on December 3, 2017 however, it started much earlier than that. We took over our building on August 11, 2017, and the build-out began.  (If you would like to see that journey please visit Instagram @spymakerescape or #escaperoomdiaries.)

We are dedicated to bringing our guest’s unique themes, puzzles, and experiences.  Which is why we create ALL of our themes for our rooms.  In addition to working with amazing technicians and builders, our staff collaborates to bring our rooms to life.

We, along with our staff of 6, are always excited to talk about our escape rooms, our future plans and just life in general. Stop in and say “hi” and give us a chance to take you and your group through a tour of our facility.  Plus, we will introduce you to our amazing staff of hosts and game masters.

As always, we appreciate each and every one of our guests; without you our dreams would not be possible.
